 So after last week's set of five Warby Parker glasses, I didn't find quite the right fit for me, so I put in another order. It's free, why not?!

In case you hadn't heart, Lush UK recently launched the Lush Kitchen. What is the Lush Kitchen, you may ask? Well lemme tell you - it's awesome. Small batches of limited edition products like shower gels, shave creams, soaps, sunscreens, bath bombs - basically anything you could think of, they've tried already. Even a mustache wax. A freaking mustache wax.

I recently went in for my routine eye exam (which I haven't actually done in three years so my bad), and come to find out - I need a new prescription! I went in for three reasons. 1.) I need an updated exam before I went off my parents' insurance. 2.) I've been squinting while driving at night. 3.) I want new glasses.

I've been wearing these frames since February 2011, so a really long freaking time.

After my exam I tried on some of the frames they had at my optician, to no avail. I went to Target. No me gusta. I stopped at Lenscrafters at the mall - again, no luck! I was running out of options other than just getting new lenses in my existing frames, but that's no fun! So I did some research into Warby Parker. Friend and fellow blogger Laura Neuzeth has done reviews of Warby Parker frames before and she loves them, so I thought I'd give it a go.

I've added a new hand cream to my collection. So sue me. 

This time I've picked up Handy Gurugu, the hand cream that is packed full of peanut butter, cashew butter, almond butter, pumpkinseed butter, rose water, and evening primrose oil. It smells old-fashioned and divine, and it's just the right consistency for me. 

I'm not a fan of sticky hand creams, but I also need a ton of moisture, so watery hand creams are useless to me. I love the almost whipped butter feel of Handy Gurugu - it's silky and soft without being too heavy. I dig it. 

But the real reason I picked this up was for its anti-aging properties. Most of the time you see evening primrose oil in facial creams, not body care. It's something that apparently tells the skin to produce more elastin, reducing wrinkles. I've always had old people hands, ever since I was about 13. So I thought, hmm, lemme try some anti-aging hand cream!

Ingredients: Rose Water (Rosa centifolia) , Fair Trade Organic Shea Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii) , Glycerine , Stearic Acid , Almond Oil (Prunus dulcis) , Triethanolamine , Fresh Lemon Juice (Citrus limonum) , Vanilla Absolute (Vanilla planifolia) , Rose Absolute (Rosa centifolia) , Chamomile Blue Oil (Matricaria Chamomilla) , Evening Primrose Oil (Oenothera biennis) , Organic Peanut Butter (Arachis Hypogaea) , Organic Pumpkinseed Butter (Cucurbita) , Organic Cashew Nut Butter (Anacardium) , Organic Almond Butter (Prunus Dulcis) , Tincture of Benzoin (Styrax benzoin) , Cetearyl Alcohol , *Benzyl Salicylate , Coumarin , *Geraniol , *Benzyl Benzoate , *Farnesol , *Limonene , *Linalool , Perfume , Chlorophyllin , Methylparaben , Propylparaben

I've been using it for a couple of weeks now on a semi-regular basis, and while I don't seen any results yet (because it's natural, not witchcraft) I love how it makes my hands feel and smell. It's a strong rose scent from the rose water, but the nut butters in their make it a really unique smell.

I'm not lying. Your face will smell good enough to lick, well for reasons other than you might already be doing. *bowchickawowow*

Anyway, I digress. This is Lush's Let The Good Times Roll facial cleanser. It's virtually cookie dough with glycerine in it. Corn oil, maize flour, cornmeal, cinnamon, and the aforementioned glycerine make this delectable cleanser great for all skin types. It's a super gentle cleaner with tiny grains of cornmeal for exfoliation.
