I am indeed wearing indigo lipstick. You don't need to adjust your white balance.
I picked this puppy up when I visited Blush Beauty Bar while I was in Portland a couple weeks ago, along with a couple other things. I love that place so much. It's from the Portland Black Lipstick Company, and it's called - aptly named - Indigo Bridge.
I grabbed two lipsticks while I was there (one of which I'm going to use in a giveaway coming up at the end of the month, but I won't tell you which color).
With the indigo lipstick, I thought I'd make the eyeliner a bit unique too. I added Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eyeliner in Turquoise underneath my regular black liquid eyeliner for a layered look.
I kind of love how it turned out. Plus, this shit lasted all day without smudging or creasing. Gotta love that!

Mac Blushbaby blush
Because my eyes and lips were the focal points, I just used a little bit of Mac Blushbaby on my cheeks for a natural flush. Nothing too bright because, you know, I had blue lipstick on.
Would you ever try blue lipstick? I didn't think I would, but when I swatched this color on my hand I was like.... "I have to have this."
Also this look is brought to you by the new Black Keys track "Turn Blue," from the album of the same name. It's really good guys. Like, real good.
